What we do

Connectel provides a secure and cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform that enables organizations to deliver excellent customer service across all channels.
Our services are designed for scalability, security, usability, and long-term sustainability.

Our view on sustainability and quality

At Connectel, quality and sustainability go hand in hand.
We define quality as meeting and exceeding customer expectations through secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions – while also taking responsibility for our environmental impact and promoting long-term thinking in everything we do.
We believe that building trust with our customers means not only delivering excellent service, but doing so in a responsible, transparent, and future-oriented way.

Our commitments

 As part of our integrated EQI Management System (certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001), we commit to;

  • developing and supporting our platform based on customer needs, security requirements, and usability principles
  • listening to customers, analyzing feedback, and using insights to improve products, services, and processes
  • choosing partners and sub-processors who share our quality and sustainability values
  • minimizing environmental impact by reducing travel, reusing equipment, and favoring digital collaboration – where this does not compromise quality, relationships or service outcome
  • selecting energy-efficient or low-emission transport options when travel is necessary
  • ensuring all employees understand their role in delivering quality and contributing to sustainability
  • maintaining high levels of availability, uptime, and responsiveness in all customer-facing services

Systematic improvement

We improve continuously by;

  • setting measurable objectives for quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, related to our strategic goals and our operations
  • following structured processes for planning, risk management, development, testing, and release
  • identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and significant environmental aspects
  • conducting regular internal audits, management reviews, and compliance checks
  • encouraging a culture of innovation, responsibility, and shared learning across the organization

This policy is an integral part of Connectel’s EQI Management System, which ensures compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 27001 (Information Security).
